Submit Your Swap: Fill out the form here to officially register your swap. Once submitted, your swap will appear in the swap directory, and authors subscribed to notifications in that genre will receive a notification of your swap.
Invite Fellow Authors: Reach out to author friends who may be interested in participating. Once they join the promo, you’ll receive an email with their contact information, making it easy to communicate with them.
Connect with Participants: After the submission deadline, follow up by emailing participating authors with details of the swap, including the scheduled promotion dates and any relevant guidelines.

What Should Authors Do Once They Set Up a Swap?

Once your swap is set up and authors have joined, it’s time to coordinate! Here’s how:

Provide Guidance: Share a structured plan with participants, outlining how the swap will work, including promotion dates and any key points they should mention.
Set Up Swap Materials: Decide how each book will be presented. For most swaps, a blurb or one to two sentences along with a cover image and link are ideal, as they’re easy to share and grab readers’ attention quickly.
